Forged with a dual-motor system, this machine ensures that the blade maintains peak torque even while the automatic carriage is in motion, providing consistent, clean slices without power loss. The 45-degree gravity feed carriage reduces operator fatigue during manual use, while the automatic mode allows staff to multi-task by slicing up to 45 strokes per minute. Its 12-inch stainless steel blade is highly resistant to food acids and corrosion.
