Open burners produce 32,000 BTUs, while the griddle and oven each deliver 27,000 BTUs, giving you the power and flexibility to handle a wide range of menu items. A full-length drip tray helps manage grease and simplifies cleanup. The built-in broiler includes a two-position rack and removable crumb tray, making it easy to finish and prepare dishes efficiently. The oven operates between 175°F and 550°F and features an enamel interior for easy cleaning, along with multiple rack positions and two chrome oven racks for added versatility. Standing pilots for the burners and a 100% safety shut off for the oven provide reliable operation and peace of mind. Mounted on standard casters for easy mobility.
