• Gently pushes product through the hopper for grating, shredding, or slicing
• Used with mixers, choppers, and power drives via the power hub
• Pair with VS-12DH disk holder or VS-12KDS slicer knife assembly to complete the unit
• Aftermarket alternative to Hobart VS9 when fully assembled
• Made of heavy gauge polished aluminum
• Fits only ALFA VS-99D doors
